Abstract

The establishment of the communist regime and the new economic and social situation paved the way for the adoption of a new legislative framework, which allowed the nationalization of private property and the transfer of property to the state, without any compensation. Private capital was reorganised, private enterprises were nationalised, the housing fund became state property, the education reform banned education in denominational schools, the state took control in all areas. The importance of this topic lies in the analysis of the successive acts of legislation on the basis of which assets have been nationalised and private property rights have been infringed.
